3. Trial, cancellation & refunds

30-day free trial for new clients where offered.
Monthly cancellation — you may cancel your subscription with effect from the end of the current billing month.
30-day money-back guarantee on first month on the first month, subject to the conditions communicated at sign-up.

4. Fees

Fees are billed as stated at purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of Services.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, dashboards, and materials provided remain the property of Apex Operating Company LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own business during the engagement.
